Repeat Prescriptions

Please fill in the form below to request repeat medication.

Please be aware that it can take 72 working hours for the prescription to be ready (sometimes longer if it is a special order from outside of our usual wholesaler) and we will contact you to confirm its availability.

 If your pet has not been seen in over 6 months we will require that you see one of our vets or nurses before more medication can be dispensed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

This service is for existing clients only, whose pet is on long term medication prescribed by us for collection at the surgery.  We do NOT offer a delivery service. We will NOT prescribe short term medication like antibiotics without seeing your pet.
